Part 2: Educational Technology in Alabama
In conjunction with the 2006 National Educational Computing Conference (NECC), the State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) turned the tables on their members. Those in attendance at this first annual reception and networking event (held July 7, 2006) had the unique opportunity to learn first hand about exciting educational technology initiatives underway across the nation directly from the state leaders charged with their implementation.
In this podcast interview, Cable in the Classroom's Senior Director of Education Policy, Douglas Levin, talks with Shannon Parks of Alabama about her state's initiatives, what the future will bring, and what's keeping her up at night.
A special thanks to SETDA and its members for the opportunity to share this terrific information with others not able to be in attendance at this exciting event.
